Fire Ice Melt Pellets Directions:
Plow, blow or shovel away excess snow and ice. Then apply Fire Ice Melt at rate of 1/4 pound per square yard. Apply Ice Melt with spreader or by hand on concrete that is more than one year old.
As with all ice melt products it is best to prevent seepage into pores of concrete by removing slush after it has melted ice and snow. Do not use ice melt on chipped concrete or concrete with exposed aggregate. All ice melt compounds can be impractical when snow accumulates to the amounts of more then three inches. Before using ice melt in build ups of more then three inches be sure to shovel or plow away excess ice and snow and apply to remaining hard packed snow.
