been designed to provide spill containment at industrial rail sidings
and locomotive maintenance facilities. Available in virtually any
length, Ultra-TrackPans may be used to collect incidental spills and
drips OR to capture and channel off significant spills caused by
defective equipment or a major overflow. |

 Modular
TrackPan design can be customized to meet your specific needs.

 Flow-through
Channels - All pans are connected "end to end" with bulkhead
fittings, allowing spills to flow from one Pan to the next. Containment
capacity is increased as the spill travels from TrackPan to TrackPan.

Optional TrackPan
Covers Keep Rainwater Out of the Pans, Providing Effective Stormwater
Management. |

Polyethylene Covers are left in place
until the railcar(s) arrive to be off-loaded or loaded.
Lightweight covers mechanically lock into the polyethylene decking and
will not blow off in windy conditions. Optional CoverCart (Part #
9582) rolls along the tracks; neatly stores TrackPan Covers when they
are not in use.

Unique stormwater feature is designed to eliminate "pooling" of rain
that falls on top of the Center Pan Covers; rain is channeled onto the
ballast between the tracks, stays out of the Pans. |
Slip Resistant Surfaces
- Pans, grates and covers have been designed with safety in mind.
All top surfaces resist slips when wet or
oily. |

Secondary Containment for Transfer Stations. |

- Low Maintentance -
unlike carbon steel track pans, Ultra-TrackPans will not rust or
corrode. Polyethylene resin is treated with a UV inhibitor,
resists degrading effects of the sun.
- Low Cost Installation
- lightweight TrackPans can be easily installed without heavy
lifting equipment, i.e., forklifts, cranes, backhoes, etc.
Minimal tools and labor required.

| All Center and Side TrackPans
are molded with pipe fitting locators at their lowest point. Below-grade
piping can be installed to channel large spills to oil/water separators,
holding ponds, etc. |
Custom-fit polypropylene
sorbent mats are available to efficiently manage small drips and leaks. |

|
Flexible hoses may be
connected to the bulkhead fittings located at the ends of each TrackPan
system. The hoses can be used to channel spills to any desired
location.

| After all Pans are connected
with bulkhead fittings, the Side Pans are secured in place with
rebar or other fasteners. (fasteners not provided) |
Urethane foam is
sprayed between the tracks and Pans to fill void areas at ground level.

Closed-cell,
polyethylene gaskets are then installed to complete the seal. (gaskets
are provided) |
