DE-SCALING AND DE-LIMING

USES AND DIRECTIONS:

Rust and scales removal:

Water Meters: To de-scale or remove rust submerge parts to be cleaned in concentrate.  Let parts soak until clean.  Rinse thoroughly with water. 

De-scale Boilers:  Blow down boiler.  Use 1 part to 5-10 parts water, depending upon scale and speed required to perform the job.  Allow to circulate until de-scaling is complete.  Flush and rinse system thoroughly with fresh water. 

Cooling Tower Systems:  Use 1 part concentrate to 5-10 parts water.  Apply to condensers and heat exchangers.  Circulate solution through system for about 4 hours. 

Also Used For:  Clean and de-scale diffuser tubes, high tension bolts, swimming pools, water lines, steam cleaners and motors.

CONCRETE ETCHING AND CLEANING

Quickly and easily removes vanadium stains, mortar deposits and other extraneous materials.  Especially effective in removing bordered cement that accumulates on all sorts of concrete and cement processing or trucking equipment.  

CONCRETE PROCESSING OR TRUCKING EQUIPMENT 

Mix with up to 5 parts of water in a plastic container, then spray plenty of solution so that surface is thoroughly soaked.  Let sit for a few minutes and agitate well with a stiff bristle brush.  Rinse off with a power spray of clear water.

Masonry:  Pre-wet masonry surfaces first with water for best results.  Mix with up to 6 parts water in a plastic container, then apply freely with a stiff bristle brush.  Let solution sit for a few minutes, scrape off hard to remove residue and rinse well with water.
