Tank Savers Plus is colorless, odorless and contains NO CHROMATES
and NO HEAVY METALS. Tank Savers Plus INHIBITS RUST and CORROSION formation in
all metal water tanks. Designed for Fire Departments, utility, industrial, and municipal storage
tanks. Forms a thin protective film on exposed metal surfaces.
At Fire Fighting Supply: Tank Savers Plus is non toxic, odorless and tasteless inhibitor protects
all metals, including iron , steel, galvanized, brass , bronze, copper and
alloys. It leaves no toxic residue, so treated tanks may be used for potable
water without rinsing or cleaning.
DIRECTIONS:
Dilute 1 gallon of Tank Savers Plus with 1000 gallons of water in fire
trucks, emergency storage and holding tanks. In flowing systems inject or meter
3 gallons per 10,000 gallons of water. After a 6 to 8 week period, decrease the
feed rate to 1 gallon per 10,000 gallons of water.
Water Wetter:
Is a biodegradable,
non-ionic surfactant additive that makes water wetter for fire fighting. Water
Wetter lowers the surface tension of water, making the water penetrate quicker
and more effective. Treated water is highly effective in extinguishing stubborn
blazes which tend to smolder because of this increased wetting ability. Keep in
stock for your fire fighting supply. It will not harm and is safe for water
tanks or fittings.
DIRECTIONS
Add 1/2 gallon to 1 gallon of Water Wetter for each 100 gallons of water. If
it is hard water, use the larger amount.
