Morse PailPRO Can Tumblers provide aggressive corner-over-corner mixing action. These pail mixers can be used to blend the contents of your closed 1 to 5 gallon pails. Can rotators mix in sealed c ans or pails to reduce hazards and save clean-up.
Can Tumblers are useful to mix or agitate small batches quickly and economically. This unit can blend liquids or dry materials. They can also be used to tumble pails of parts with media to deburr or polish them. Cans are held at an angle on a horizontal rotating shaft, resulting in a vigorous "corner-over-corner" mixing action. Think about the savings of mixing your materials within a sealed can!
This unit accepts up to 12.5" diameter and 4.5" to 16.5" tall cans, which includes the average 5 gallon can. The base of the tumbler is 28" x 28". It can move up to 100 pounds per can at a tumbling speed of 23 RPM. It contains a 1/4 HP, 60 Hz motor, with your choice of voltage, phase, TEFC, or explosion proof. 50 Hz and air powered motors are also available.
