End-Over-End Drum Rotators tumble drums to mix and blend the contents. Turning drum End-Over-End with a drum tumbler provides a more aggressive mixing action.
Drum tumblers are useful for blending valuable ingredients back into suspension. They leave less residue in the drum which reduces on waste and ease of clean up. The ingredients can also be kept in the drum, whic h eliminates transfering and reduces clean up. They are useful in mixing dry powders, wet grains, dyes, fine and coarse granules, and settled liquids. Ideal for mixing or agitating highly viscous substances inside closed drums.
Drum tumblers rotates the drum 13 times per minute. The unit can handle a 55-gallon steel drum, and up to 800 pounds per drum. Standard motors are 230V, 3-Phase, 60Hz and also 50Hz available. The easy to use control panel comes with a start, stop, and job function. The frame is specially designed to resist stress and shock from tumbling loads.

Optional Equipment for Drum Tumblers
An Optional Load Crane for self-contained loading capabilities is available. It has a short piece of alloy lifting-chain with a connector to attach the Drum Lifting Hook. The Load Crane uses the Drum Lifting Hook to engage a horizontal drum. The lifting range and pivot travel of the Load Crane enables lifting a horizontal drum from floor in front of the drum tumbler up into one drum-holder of the drum tumbler, and back again.
If you are using a single drum tumbler, the 300LC loading crane is sufficient. However if you have our 2-300 series double drum tumbler, then you may need to look into dual cranes. We provide the model 300LC for the right side and the 300LCL for the left side of the double drum tumbler.
The Load Crane assists in loading a drum into the tumbler for those without a hoist over the machine. A more ergonomic solution for the same application is provided by the Tilt-to-Load Drum Tumblers with power lift of an upright drum from floor level.
