Morse 456 Series drum rotators lifts and rolls your closed drums to mix and blend the contents. The built-in hydraulic system lifts your drum from floor level and places it quickly and easily for rotation.
Morse developed the basic concept to provide "hands-off" drum handling and mixing. Enjoy the benefits of easy, ergonomic loading and unloading and eliminate the hazards of manual drum handling.

Hydra-Lift Drum Rollers easily accept upright drums. You can control the hydraulic tilt to lift an upright drum to place the drum on the rotator wheels. Start and stop the drum rotation with a second control. Roll drums at 5 to 20 RPM until contents are mixed as desired. Then return the drum to vertical to unload.
Capacity:
• 1,000 Pound Liquid Load.
• 400 Lb. Dry load. A shifting dry load exerts greater stress on the drum rotator than the fluid motion of a liquid load.
• Roll steel drum: 6" to 26" diameter, maximum 40" length.

Option # POLY-456 to roll sa 55-Gallon plastic drum.
• Extra wheels to support a flexible, soft-sided 55-gallon drum which lacks the ribs or roll rings of a steel drum.
• End stop prevents a plastic drum from traveling lengthways while being rolled.
Option # 1-5-1 - Idler Attachment to roll 1 to 5 gallon cylindrical can. 
• Extends usefulness of your rotator to roll 1 to 5 gallon cylindrical cans.
• Comes complete with adjustable spacers and mounts.
