Morse 310 Series Tilt-To-Load Drum Rotators have power-lift, and tumble drum end-over-end to thoroughly mix contents. Rotate drum with vigorous "corner-over-corner" action!

These units can be used to rotate a steel, plastic, or fiber drums. It can handle a Drum height of 29" to 37" tall, and a diameter of 18" to 23"5. The 2 HP, 60Hz motor has a variable speed from 5 to 20 RPM. The unit can move a maximum capacity of 800lbs for a full drum.

Drum Roller

Quick and Simple Operation

1. Quickly load upright drum into the Tilt-To-Load Rotator at floor level with drum truck, Model 81 Drum Spotter or hoist attachment (Loading with Model 160-WP shown).

2. Secure drum in the rotator using the cinch chain around drum (see left) and top clamps (shown right).

3. Turn motor on to activate hydraulics.

4. Tilt drum to top position with RAISE control valve.

5. Begin drum rotation with the ROTATE control valve.
