Spill Containment Pallets are available in 2 and 4-drum models. The all-polyethylene units feature a lockable, weather-proof design, allowing secure outdoor storage of hazardous materials and wastes.

Certain chlorinated solvents are considered incompatible with standard polyethylene. However, a gas treatment process known as fluorination alters the surface of molded polyethylene products, making them compatible with these and many other aggressive chemicals. The light blue color indicates that the Spill Containment Pallets and grates have been fluorinated.

Ultra-IBC Spill Containment Pallets

Containment pallets for drums have achieved widespread industry acceptance since their introduction in the late 1980s. However, for various reasons, many companies have chosen to discontinue using drums in favor of Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) in recent years. As expected, these companies are now concerned with capturing leaks from tanks caused by rust, corrosion, faulty valves and worn fittings.
