biodegradable solvent based vandalism removal product. Wipe Out is effective for
removal a
wide variety of paints, lacquers, varnishes and similar substances. Strips away
and dissolves vandalism, graffiti, urethane, epoxy, cyanoacylate,
polymers, adhesives and paints.
Wipe Out Vandalism removal is thick
and paintable and may be used for vandalism removal on vertical and horizontal
surfaces as well as concrete, brick, ceramic and terrazzo. |

Vandalism Removal Directions

Brush on scrape off- Apply
vandalism removal product with a brush. Allow to remain in contact with the
surface until "Blisters" are observed. Scrape off with a mild
detergent cleaner. Time to bubbling depends upon paint. Typical waiting time for
vandalism removal can be 1 minute for alkyd paints, 30 minutes for epoxy and 2-3
hours for urethane.

Brush on spray off- Apply as
above-flush off with strong jets of water.

Spray the stripper with a metalic
sprayer and proceed as above.

For small parts, an immersion type of
application is recommended.
